Mission Statement                           

The Hammersmith Corps of The Salvation Army exists to make Jesus Christ known.

We aim to be a community who love each-other, God and others.

*   Our beliefs are based on the Bible
*   We care for everyone irrespective of age, religion, sex, colour or creed.
*   Our model is the early Christian church
*   Our methods are adaptable
*   We believe that God loves the whole world
*   In the resurrection of Jesus Christ we find hope
 

What could just a handful of people do?

We are inspired by the story of the Apostle Paul in Philippi.  When the Apostle went to Philippi he started with just one faithful woman – Lydia.  Soon the Apostle and his friends were persecuted and forced to leave and yet the Christian Church went on from strength to strength in Philippi...
